Wonderful

The staff was wonderful. The meal buffets had wonderful choices and was delicious. Having free snacks in the afternoon was great. The free drinks were really terrific too.

One night was very chaotic at the dinner buffet...it was just very crowded in the hotel.

Would definitely recommend!

It is a very nice hotel. There are loads of parking spaces just in front of the hotel, which made our arrival smooth. We were greeted by the friendliest and kindest reception staff we have ever met - Elina and Yuri, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were given a large room with a nice view to the pool and to the mountains. They also arranged a packed breakfast for us, as we were heading off to Petra early the next morning. The food in the restaurant is tasty and there is a great variety.

English is not freely spoken by the staff. The printed instructions, given to us upon arrival, were only in Hebrew. The staff in the restaurant came across a bit harsh. The dinner opening hours were 17:00-20:30 so we assumed that the last entry is until 20:30, which obviously was not the case. We were told we had five minutes to finish. They allowed us to take our desserts in the room, which was nice. Although there was a kettle in the room, there were no tea cups or tea bags. However, the bar was opened most of the time so we could enjoy hot and cold drinks for free. Overall these were very small inconveniences and our stay was super.

As a material fact we were moved to another hotel of the same brand: Astral Maris. And enjoyed it :)

In the first evening (Saturday) we were sent to eat in Aria. The meat was much worse than in the Astral Maris hotel itself.

Overall it was a good stay

The room was neat and nice and the bed was very comfortable. The food was well diverse, of course some were good and some less.

The bathroom was missing shampoo and conditioner, it only had a regular liquid body soap. The view outside wasn’t very good, but we didn’t mind it too much.

Food was delicious.

Food was absolutely delicious, the staff was very nice,

They will be lucky if they will get 3* in Europe however you need to bere in mind that they are surrounded by the desert and I reckon that it's not easy to keep up the standards.

Very nice staff. Because there were not many people in the hotel they gave a better room for free. Delicious and varied food.

The pool was closed. The hotel is far from the sea and the tourist area.

Hotel is nice and clean but overrun with the elderly in the winter season

Our room was pretty big. Food was good.

The plot of land that the hotel occupies is fairly small. Almost non-existent service around the pool area. The main pool was closed for winter season. Half of the restaurant was closed even when there were many guests. Many guests in the hotel are seniors in the winter season.

Good, well managed hotel

Hotel was clean, all facilities were working/available. Check in and check out smooth. Good food was delivered in the restaurant with plenty of options. All inclusive package contained beer/wine in the reservation, however cocktails/other drinks were also served. Room clean, good view to the mountains. We were allowed to check out couple ours after check out time for us to have room until we were leaving. Staff working fast and efficient. No queues anywhere in November.

Small things can be improved - pool closing time at 5 p.m. and bar at 10.30 p.m. is too early, drinks are served in very small plastic cups, don't know if due to outside temperature but the pool was very cold, wifi working good in public areas, not working or very slow in the room. Not a big problem but can be improved - the competences of bartenders, they should not put ice in red wine :) also they are not sure what cuba libre or pina colada is, even though they have the ingredients.

Rooms were cleaned everyday, beverages at the bar/cafeteria were great, but the food was almost the same everyday and sometimes for my taste there were no to little options to choose from.

Main pool was closed, it had water but no one could access it. Only indoor kids pool was opened, which was very small and busy whole day, due to lots of people in the hotel. There were no attractions inside hotel.
